Self-regulation refers to a person's ability to consciously manage and control their thoughts, feelings and behavior in order to achieve certain goals or meet the demands of their environment. This ability is crucial in an increasingly fast-paced and complex world.

Today, Stefan explains the three components of self-regulation and how you can apply them correctly: Cognitive Control, Emotional Control and Behavioral Control.

This is the last episode of the self-management series. Next month, Stefan will begin the team leadership series, which will focus on how you as a leader can best lead your team.
