In Stefan's philosophy, leadership is a 360° approach - so you lead in every direction. The most important person you lead is always yourself. However, the second most important person is your boss.

The inspiration for this episode comes from two customers who come from a history of classic top-down management. The concept of leadership has never been explicitly taught, and the idea of leading from the bottom up often remains undiscovered. Yet this approach can be extremely effective if it is wanted and consciously practiced by both sides.

In Stefans Philosophie ist Führen ein 360°-Ansatz – Du führst also in jede Richtung. Die wichtigste Person, die Du führst, bist immer Du selbst. Die zweitwichtigste Person dabei ist jedoch Deine Chefin oder Dein Chef.

Die Inspiration für diese Episode stammt von zwei Kunden, die aus einer Historie des klassischen Top-Down-Managements kommen. Das Konzept des Führens wurde nie explizit gelehrt, und die Idee, von unten nach oben zu führen, bleibt oft unentdeckt. Dabei kann diese Herangehensweise äußerst wirkungsvoll sein, wenn sie von beiden Seiten gewollt und bewusst gelebt wird.
