That was the question Harald, a wonderful participant in our executive coaching programme "Leadership Tailored Suit" asked me yesterday when I played his employee in our intensive session. My task as a coach was to play a thoroughly motivated employee who sometimes delivers well, sometimes poorly, and then blames the difficult circumstances when he once again fails to deliver the necessary quality.

Das war die Frage, die mir Harald, ein wunderbarer Teilnehmer unseres Executive Coaching Programms «Führungsmassanzug» gestern stellte, als ich in unserer intensiven Sitzung seinen Mitarbeiter spielte. Meine Aufgabe als Coach war, einen durchaus motivierten Mitarbeiter zu spielen, der mal gut mal schlecht liefert und dann die schwierigen Umstände verantwortlich macht, wenn er mal wieder nicht die nötige Qualität geliefert hat.
